Blended Finance Project Manager - Sustainable Finance Market - BNP Paribas
Mélanie joined BNP Paribas in 2001 as Credit Analyst in charge of a portfolio of large Strategic Groups of the Bank. She moved in 2005 in Madrid to set-up and create BNP Paribas Spain Credit Management Team, managing 12 peoples based in Madrid, Barcelona and A Coruña and covering the credit process of around 200 groups and 400 counterparties. She then came back to Paris so as to take during 10 years the role of Securitization Structurer, originating, structuring and modelling transactions for Strategic Groups in Europe and in the United-States. She moved in 2017 in the Commodities Trade Finance Team so as to create and take in charge the agri-business franchise in Paris, originating and structuring working capital solutions, some of them with sustainability key performance indicators, for corporate clients belonging to the commodity ecosystem in Europe, Middle East and Africa zone. From November 2020, she has the pleasure to bring all her knowledge, expertise and energy to support and develop, within BNPP's Sustainable Finance Market team, all the Blended Finance opportunities.
