Jin Xiaoting
Senior Project Officer - French Development Agency
JIN Xiaoting is Senior Project Officer of French Development Agency (AFD). She is focal point of "biodiversity" and "innovation" of AFD in China. She joined AFD in 2008 and has developed and managed over 800 million EUR of Official Development Aid (ODA) projects covering biodiversity conservation, sustainable urban and rural development, natural and cultural heritage protection, energy efficiency, district energy and divers areas. She is also responsible for policy dialogue with Chinese authorities on environment and biodiversity related topics. Ms. JIN was graduated from Sciences Po Paris with a master degree on environmental studies.
